This is most likely because you may have forgotten to add a note to your order. Please refer to How to add a note to an order for more information.

The most likely reasons are that either:

1- Events may interrupt our flow of delivery.

2- The order wasn’t placed properly.

3- The desired filament may have ran out.

If anything does occur, we will do our best to inform you about it.

Currently, it’s impossible for you to pay online. In the future, we may try to implement this feature.
